At Aura Viibe we want you to love what you buy. Please read this policy before you order, as it explains our 2-week warranty and why we cannot offer refunds.

No Refunds

Because our products are intimate and personal, for hygiene and health reasons we do not offer refunds, and items cannot be returned or exchanged because you changed your mind. If you are unsure about a product or size, please message us on WhatsApp before you order and we will gladly help you choose.

2-Week Warranty

Every item comes with a 2-week (14-day) warranty from the day you receive it. If your item is defective or stops working because of a manufacturing fault within those 2 weeks, we will replace it with the same item.

What the Warranty Covers

  • Items that arrive faulty or do not work.
  • Items that stop working because of a manufacturing defect within 2 weeks.
  • Receiving the wrong item from us.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

  • Changing your mind, or not liking the item.
  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or not following the product instructions (for example, using silicone lubricant on silicone toys, or getting a non-waterproof toy wet).
  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Claims made after the 2-week warranty period.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

  1. WhatsApp us at 876-338-2872 within 2 weeks of receiving your item.
  2. Send your order number (or receipt) and a short photo or video showing the problem.
  3. We will check your claim and let you know the next steps for getting your replacement, either by delivery or pickup at our Portmore Mall store.

If the same item is out of stock, we will contact you to agree on a solution.

Lingerie and Clothing Sizes

Lingerie, costumes and other clothing cannot be returned or exchanged for size. Please check the size on the product page or WhatsApp us your measurements before ordering, and we will tell you honestly if it will fit.

Delivery

We deliver islandwide within Jamaica only. Most orders arrive within 1 to 2 days, and we offer same-day delivery to Half Way Tree, New Kingston, Liguanea, Constant Spring, Barbican and Portmore. The delivery fee is calculated at checkout based on your location. You can also collect your order from our store at Portmore Mall.
