  • Payment details: card payments are processed securely by our card payment provider (Mastercard Payment Gateway Services) and PayPal payments by PayPal. We do not see or store your full card number.
  • Messages: anything you send us on WhatsApp, by phone, email or through our website forms.
  • Reviews: your name and review if you choose to leave one.
  • Website usage: pages visited, device type and general location, collected with cookies and Google Analytics (see “Cookies” below).

All orders are shipped in plain, discreet packaging with no product names or descriptions on the outside. We never share what you bought with anyone except where needed to deliver or pay for your order.
